Sweet Martha's Family Farmacy is a Black owned organic medicinal herb farm and community healing space rooted in Southern tradition, family legacy and the wisdom passed down through generations. I grow, harvest and prepare small batch herbal remedies with the same care my ancestors used in their gardens and kitchens. I specialize in organically grown medicinal herbs, heirloom seeds, handcrafted teas, salves, tinctures and seasonal wellness products. My farm operates seasonally, with peak availability from March through November and online ordering is available for select products year round. Visitors can find us at the Farmacy, at the Airing of the Quilts festival or at local markets, where I share not only God's but also the stories behind them, from Gee's Bend quilting transmission to herbal practices that shaped my family's way of caring for one another.
