We collect seawater locally, filter it, concentrate it, and slowly evaporate it right in the heart of Fairhope to create bright, clean salt with beautiful texture from delicate finishing flakes to versatile everyday grinds and chef-forward blends. Salt has long been part of life on the Alabama Gulf Coast. Fairhope Salt Company exists to bring that heritage forward in a modern way, harvesting local Gulf water and turning it into clean, bright salt with beautiful texture for everyday cooking and finishing. What began as an idea became a craft, and now we’re building Fairhope Salt Company as a long-term Alabama legacy brand rooted in place, seasonality, and Gulf Coast food culture.
