Bayou La Batre Oyster Company is an off-bottom family owned and operated oyster aquaculture operation. We raise live oysters in Portersville Bay and sell to consumers, restaurants, and wholesalers. You can email or call us to order and we will make sure you receive the freshest oysters possible. The farm is shore-based and we invite you to stop by when you're in the area.
