Bayou Cora Farms, LLC

We specialize in growing a high quality variety of heirloom corn in Baldwin County, which came from central Alabama in 1875 and has been passed down through our family for generations. In the summer of 2015 we began milling the old corn variety in to cornmeal, grits, and corn flour, and in the time since, we have been met with great response from our customers and clients on how unique and flavorful the corn tastes, and the interesting story of its journey over the years.
